Carbon Raiser Applications
- The main purpose of the carburizing agent is to increase the elemental carbon lost in the steelmaking process. If the carbon content during the steelmaking process does not meet the expected requirements, a certain proportion of carburizing agent must be added. Carbon content of steel can be used to smelt ideal steel.
- The carbon additive is of high quality, low price, and has a strong deoxidation effect, so that the addition amount of the nodularizer can be reduced, thereby increasing the nodularization rate of nodularizing iron.
- Carbon additive can increase the fluidity of molten iron, stabilize the composition of molten iron, and prevent segregation.
- By using carburizer, it can reduce white point, greatly improve machinability and improve mechanical performance.
- There is no need to worry about the increase in aluminum content in molten iron and the increase in sulfur content in molten iron for the use of recarburizer and ferrosilicon.
